Overview

In this 10-week specialized program, you will be exposed to Marketing Functions. You will assist the Consumer Marketing team and be exposed to the fundamentals of retail marketing and wholesale businesses.

Marketing Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience across nearly every area of brand marketing, working alongside teams that bring consumer campaigns to life.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that connect with consumers across digital, retail, social, and PR channels.
  • Assist with social media content creation, content calendars, trend research, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Help identify and support influencer partnerships, from research and outreach to activation and results tracking.
  • Contribute to exciting initiatives with the Pro Football Hall of Fame, including events, promotions, content, and consumer engagement programs.
  • Support public relations efforts through media monitoring, press materials, storytelling opportunities, and special events.
  • Assist in the development of retail marketing materials, including in-store signage, displays, and point-of-sale communications.
  • Explore consumer insights, market trends, and campaign analytics to help uncover opportunities for growth and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to bring marketing ideas from concept to execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that help strengthen our brands and connect with consumers.
  • Build professional skills in project management, communication, marketing strategy, creative development, and analytics.
• No two days are the same. One day you may be helping with a social media campaign, and the next you could be supporting a Hall of Fame event, analyzing consumer trends, or helping launch a new marketing initiative.

This internship is designed for curious, motivated students who want to experience the fast-paced world of brand marketing. You'll gain meaningful hands-on experience, work on real business initiatives, and have the opportunity to learn from marketing professionals across multiple disciplines while making an impact from day one.

Requirements

• Marketing, Business, Communication, or related majors preferred but not required
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with Powerpoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.
