We are hiring frac support hands for rig-up and rig-out work across the Montana/Wyoming region. This is demanding field work for people who show up ready to earn it. Local candidates will receive the first offer.

This Job Is Physically Demanding — Apply Only If You Can Meet These:

• Able to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly
• Able to work 12 hours straight on location
• Comfortable with the physical realities of frac support and rig-up/rig-out work
• Class A CDL also maybe required and a huge plus
• Have all Safety Certs required up to Date

What We're Looking For
Experience with fluid end maintenance is ideal. If you don't have direct fluid end experience, we want at least a solid mechanical understanding of how to use the tools involved — you should be comfortable working with your hands and mechanical components.

Our team will be on location to guide, teach, and provide oversight. That said, precision matters: the components removed and installed in our fluid ends must meet exact OEM parameters. If O-rings, packing rings, and similar components are not installed correctly, it can lead to extended downtime or equipment damage. We need people who take that seriously and work carefully.

Backgrounds that likely fit what we're after:

• Experience rebuilding triplex pumps on a rig
• Water crew experience (derrick hand / pump hand)
• Any role that's given you a real mechanical understanding of pump and fluid end work

Required Safety Certifications

You must carry all safety certs needed to work on location, starting with:

• PEC (Safeland / PEC Basic Orientation)
• H2S
• First Aid
