Job Title: Marketing Assistant


Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)


Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Direct Response team in the development and execution of the Direct Mail Fundraising program.
• Maintain and proof files, process system paperwork, manage print quantities, and ensure data is reflecting accurately in direct mail proofs.
• Assist with the maintenance and management of our archives and records management.
• Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations, internal research, scheduling meetings, and administrative tasks.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with direct mail programs, direct response programs, and/or direct marketing preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite.
