Vehicle Test Driver

Locations: Austin, Texas

We are hiring responsible and professional drivers to operate passenger sedans, SUVs, or similar vehicles as part of an exciting project.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of driving experience in United States.
• Must be 25 years or above (required by project contract).
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
• Ability to safely complete driving shifts of up to 8 hours.
• Proficient in using GPS/navigation apps and able to follow detailed driving routes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Prior experience with mileage accumulation, Vehicle testing, or autonomous vehicle data collection projects is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Keep vehicle fueled/charged, clean, and in good operating condition.
• Schedule repairs when needed in consultation with Project Manager.
• Log mileage and maintenance accurately.
• Report any vehicle or system issues to the Project Manager.
• Stay professional in high-stress traffic and diverse team environments.

Shift Timings:

• First shift: 5.00am - 1.30pm or 6.00am - 2.30pm
• Second shift: 1.30pm - 10.00pm or 2.30pm - 11.00pm
• Shift timings might change based on vehicle availability or project requirements.

Weekly commitment:

• 8-hour shift/day, 5 days/week

Training: Onsite training will be provided during onboarding in line with project requirements.
