Job Title: Pharmacy Floor Technician (Day Shift)

Pay Rate: $20/hr (Paid Weekly)
Location: 3030 N 47th Ave, Long Island City, NY
Allmed Benefits: Dental, Vision, Health Insurance and 401(k)
Contract-to-Hire: 09/28/2026 to 03/312027
Schedule:

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime and holidays may be required based on business needs
• Team: 9 total — 3 Pharmacists and 6 Technicians
• Interview: 1 round, in-person

Position Overview

The Fulfillment Technician supports daily specialty pharmacy operations with a primary focus on accurately and efficiently packing specialty medication orders. The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy background and be comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack specialty pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and lift ice weighing up to 30 pounds as part of the order-packing process.
• Complete cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory.
• Ensure specialty orders are prepared according to established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pharmacy background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment

The Fulfillment Technician will work as part of a 9-person pharmacy team consisting of 3 pharmacists and 6 technicians. The position requires accuracy, organization, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the workday.
